How can I get a OneAtlas account?

You can request a OneAtlas account (Free Trial/Premium) directly on OneAtlas portal.

What is included in the Free Trial?

Thanks to our 30 days Free Trial, you will be able to:
- Stream images of our Data over 3 locations of your choice ( in WMS/ WMTS )
- Get access to our Basemap layer (limited to approximately 10 meter resolution)
- Get access to our WorldDEMTM elevation layer in 2D
- Access to Analytics Toolbox sample reports

My trial has expired, what to do next?

How can I recover my password?

Please use the “forgotten password” link on OneAtlas login page.

How long do I have to wait before getting full access to OneAtlas Data?

You should get access within up to 2 working days after payment receipt.

What are the different licenses?

Three kind of licences are available : for Premium - Technical Evaluation and FreeTrial account.
You can retrieve these documents (T&C’s and Licence) on Airbus DS institutional website.

What happens at the end of my subscription?

You will get notified on OneAtlas Data portal when reaching the end date of your subscription (anniversary date of the contract). After the end of your subscription, your access will be blocked, but you can still use the data that you have downloaded.
If you’re an API user, you won’t get a notification, your access will be blocked.

How can I track my orders?

Order tracking is available on OneAtlas portal, in the “Order tracking” panel. This is where you can find the list of the orders that you have placed and that have not yet been delivered.

Can the different users of the same account simultaneously access the OneAtlas services?

Yes they can.
